At Pakuranga Pharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our pharmacy warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
