Dosage: Adults and children over 12 years - take one or two tablets at night, increase up to 4 tablets if necessary
Warnings: Not recommended for use in children under 12 years. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present, or if you develop diarrhea. If you are pregnant or breast feeding, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before taking this product. Increase fibre in your diet except in cases of medication induced constipation.
