Schuessler Be Calm (Kidz Minerals) is a tissue salt formula specifically designed for children who exert high levels of energy that can lead to potential dietary deficits. This carefully selected blend of minerals supports active children who may be unable to concentrate properly during the day.

Active ingredients: Ferr Phos (Ferric pyrophosphate), Kali Phos (Potassium phosphate), Mag Phos (Magnesium phosphate), Silica (Silicon dioxide) — each 6X.

Available in: 100 chewable tablets.

Dosage: Take every half hour until symptoms improve (for a maximum of 2 days). Chew tablets or crush and dissolve in water. For infants: add a few drops of water to a crushed tablet and mix into a paste, administered to the mouth.
