Dr. Reckeweg Tissue Salt S7 – Magnesium Phosphoricum (Mag Phos) 6X is the anti-spasmodic tissue salt. Magnesium phosphate is traditionally used to support relief of muscular cramps, spasms and shooting pains.
May assist with:
- Muscular cramps and spasms
- Menstrual pain
- Twitching, hiccups and convulsive coughing
- Sciatica and sharp neuralgic pains
- Flatulence and colic
Active ingredient: Magnesium Phosphoricum 6X (Magnesium phosphate).
Available in: 200 tablets (Dr. Reckeweg, Germany).
Adult dosage: 1–2 tablets dissolved slowly on the tongue, 3 times daily. For acute conditions: take every half hour, up to 6 doses per day.
