Dr. Reckeweg Tissue Salt S3 – Ferrum Phosphoricum (Ferr Phos) 6X is the first-aid tissue salt, traditionally used at the first signs of inflammation, fever or illness. Iron phosphate supports oxygen transport in the blood and the body's natural immune response.

- Sore throats and mild infections
- Bruises and minor injuries
- Tiredness associated with low iron
