Harmony Menopause Max is a high potency herbal medicine which only contains 4 of the 6 herbs used in the original formulation Harmony® Menopause but at higher dosages. It is a stronger formulation to relieve the symptoms of menopause, specifically hot flushes and night sweats. It helps to build reserves of energy, relieve stress and promote a good night’s sleep. This product is recommended for women experiencing stronger symptoms and are most likely in the peak of the menopause.

Dosage:

Starting dose: 1 tablet, twice daily

Maintenance dose: 1 tablet daily

Or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner

Directions:

Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or at least one hour after meals. Discontinue use if pregnancy occurs or you develop sensitivity to the formula. If you are taking a course of hormone medication, seek advice from your prescribing practitioner.
