Chief Biltong is slow air-dried organic grass-fed Aussie beef — more tender than jerky, naturally preserved, and free from all the nasty stuff you usually find in dried and cured meats. Over 50% of the original weight is removed through drying, concentrating the protein, minerals and essential vitamins.

Unlike jerky which is cooked or smoked, biltong is air-dried which retains more heat-sensitive vitamins like Vitamin B12. A genuinely clean, high-protein, low-carb snack perfect pre or post exercise or as a satisfying on-the-go bite.
