Size is based on hip circumference: Small fits 50–80cm, Medium 60–90cm, Large 80–110cm, XL 90–140cm, XXL 110–160cm. The stretchy material provides a wide fit range within each size. If between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort. For people with higher body weight or wider hips, go up one size from the measurement guide.

How many times can Advance Fixation Pants be washed?

Advance Fixation Pants are designed for multiple washes and extended reuse. Machine wash on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and tumble dry on low heat or air dry to preserve the elastic fibres. Replace when the fabric loses its stretch or the waistband no longer holds securely.

Can Advance Fixation Pants be used with other brands of incontinence pads?
